Atromitos - Panionios

Atromitos are in great form at the moment, despite losing at Toumpa against Paok last week (1-0, conceding the goal in the last minutes of the match). They have an advantage in the relegation battle and tonight they also have a great chance to take some more points. Panionios are under performing at the moment. They count four defeats and two draws in the last six matches, they play really badly and if they don't improve their performance soon, they will face problems. I will bet on Atromitos draw no bet.

Ergotelis - Asteras Tripolis

I expect a close match here. Ergotelis are in bad form, they face many defensive problems and lost their last match against -already relegated- Panthrakikos. On the other hand, Asteras Tripolis with Vaggelis Vlachos on the bench are very tough opponents. All their last six matches in the Superleague ended up at under 2.5 goals, and this is what I expect from tonight's match too.

Iraklis - PAOK

This is a local derby for Salonica. PAOK performed very poorly in the Cup match against PAS Giannina last Thursday and lost 4-0, but the team's performances in the league are brilliant. They count six consecutive wins without conceding any goals. On the other hand, Iraklis took the three points against Kavala (that was a must-win match) and now they have one more chance to get out of the relegation zone. I think that both teams will be happy with a draw here.

Olympiakos - Levadeiakos

Olympiakos beat Panionios and decreased their distance from the top, as Panathinaikos failed to win against AEK at the Olympic Stadium. The match against Levadeiakos is of course a must win, but the hosts will play without their fans. Levadeiakos are trying very hard to avoid relegation, but I doubt if they can get something from this match. Typically a home win, but odds have no value for me.

Larissa - Panathinaikos

This is the most important match of the weekend. This is because Panathinaikos have to prove if they can stay at the top until the end of the season or they will lose points for the third time in a row (draw against Aris and AEK in the last two matches). Larisa will miss important players like Dabizas and Venetidis for tonight's match but they made some good transfers and they seem to have the necessary skills to avoid relegation. But this match will be very difficult for them, as in my opinion they don't have the quality to hit Panathinaikos. Away win.
