Albinoleffe v Modena

Albinoleffe would like to repeat their last home win against Gallipoli. They could benefit from the suspended defender Diagouraga and midfielder Pinardi who are missing for Modena. Striker Bruno is not in the best of condition but he could start from the bench. The previous games look to favourite Albinoleffe. Home win at 2.30

Ascoli v Ancona

This is a very explosive derby between the two teams from the the Marche region. Ascoli haven’t won for 9 games, Ancona are in the second spot even though the club is undergoing an economic crisis ( players haven’t been paid yet ). Ascoli play 4-5-1 ( without Aloe), only Bernacci in attack. Before their last training session, the major of the town visited the squad and then the team held a summit with local fans. Ancona with 4-4-2: the roster is at its best with no absentees. Enthusiastic local fans will push Ascoli to a huge match and play with great enterprise. Home win at 2.50

Brescia v Lecce

Brescia would like to overcome the leader of the table. The home side have recovered striker Possanzini, while important midfielder Martinez is out. Lecce will respond playing 4-3-3 with Defendi, Corvia and Marilungo in attack. Brescia have not won at home for two games: so this one is crucial in pursuing their promotion objectives. Crotone v Reggina

This is the derby of the Calabria region. Reggina started as one of the possible winners of the league, but lately they are not doing so well. Crotone are in good form after a bad start. Reggina will try to win but Crotone’s pitch is very poor.. Crotone will miss De Martino (suspended) as well Daud and Zito (injured). Coach Lerda will propose playing 4-2-3-1 with Bonvissuto in attack. Reggina will adopt 3-4-3 with Bonazzoli, Pagano and Brienza in the offensive line. Cacia will start from the bench. Triestina v Cittadella

Triestina are in positive way after 6 rounds: coach Somma has motivated the team well. The home side are without some regulars like Gorgone, Volpe and Princivalli. They will rely on Godeas to score. Cittadella are in an emergency: Castiglia is out, Carteri and Cherubin have the flu and Pesoli is injured (light back injury). Padova v Empoli

Padova are still unbeaten at home, while Empoli have never yet won away. The home side have important midfielders Italiano and Cotroneo doubtfull, while striker Di Nardo has recovered. Empoli will adopt 4-3-1-2 with Eder and Coralli in attack. They are an offensive team, and Empoli could give us a surprise. Both teams to score at 1.75

Sassuolo v Piacenza

This is the derby of the Emilia region. Sassuolo are without some regulars (Rea, Donazza, Martinetti and Gorzegno): their absence are an advantage for Piacenza, who played very well in the last game against Torino.
